Varnished handled cotton spaghetti mops are mainly used in household and small office environments where there is little risk of contaminating new areas.

Spaghetti mops are an old school design that has been "The Wheel" of mop invention. Unfortunately, the old school spaghetti mop is known to spread (rather than remove) dirt and germs from the floor, and can harbour potentially dangerous contaminants increasing the risk of cross-contamination. Those that don’t have a hands free rinsing function add even more hygiene risks.
